Mercredi 20 octobre dans les locaux de l’EAG, 36 rue Félix Éboué à Cayenne.

Le Centre d’Etude de la Biodiversité Amazonienne – CEBA – organise le 20 octobre 2021 une initiation gratuite au dessin botanique. Deux classes de deux heures seront données par Delphine Zigoni et Julien Norwood, deux dessinateurs naturalistes et porteurs du projet « Rendre visible l’invisible ».

Initiation pour amateurs et dessinateurs débutants
En partenariat avec l’EAG – l’École d’Art de Guyane – un duo d’artiste propose une initiation gratuite au dessin botanique. Cet atelier permettra d’appréhender les bases d’un bon dessinateur naturaliste : observer, analyser, mesurer, et reproduire.
Cette initiation s’adresse aux lycéens et adultes et convient à la fois aux débutants et aux participants ayant déjà des notions de dessin, aux étudiants souhaitant en faire leur métier comme aux dessinateurs amateurs ayant envie d’ouvrir leurs connaissances.

Rendre visible l’invisible : un projet ambitieux
Cette initiation est proposée dans le cadre du projet « Rendre visible l’invisible ». Ce projet ambitieux souhaite initier les petits et les grands à la biodiversité qui les entoure, souvent méconnue et ignorée mais pourtant primordiale par les fonctions écologiques qu’elle remplit. Les dessinateurs Delphine Zigoni et Julien Norwood, associés aux chercheurs du CEBA et au projet BUG - Biodiversité Urbaine de Guyane - vont parcourir la Guyane aux côtés de chercheurs, crayon et papier au bout des doigts afin de réaliser plusieurs dessins de ces expéditions scientifiques parfois bien mystérieuses pour le grand public. Ces dessins seront exposés en itinérance en Guyane et des cours de sensibilisation au dessin naturaliste
seront proposés aux écoliers de Guyane. Les dessinateurs bénéficient d’un financement du LabEx CEBA et de la fondation BNP Paribas.

Initiation for beginners and beginners
In partnership with EAG - the French Guiana Art School - an artist duo offers a free introduction to botanical drawing. This workshop will allow you to understand the basics of a good naturalist draftsman: observe, analyze, measure, and reproduce.

This initiation is aimed at high school students and adults and is suitable for both beginners and participants who already have some notions of drawing, for students wishing to make it their profession as well as for amateur designers who want to open up their knowledge.

Making the invisible visible: an ambitious project
This initiation is offered as part of the "Make visible the invisible" project. This ambitious project aims to introduce young and old to the biodiversity that surrounds them, often unrecognized and ignored but nevertheless essential for the ecological functions it fulfills. The designers Delphine Zigoni and Julien Norwood, associated with CEBA researchers and the BUG project - Urban Biodiversity of French Guiana - will travel through French Guiana alongside researchers, pencil and paper at their fingertips to make several drawings of these scientific expeditions sometimes very mysterious for the general public. These drawings will be exhibited while roaming in French Guiana and awareness courses in naturalist drawing.
