Déclarations de candidatures des conseillers municipaux

Les déclarations de candidature pour le premier tour des élections des conseillers municipaux et communautaires sont reçues à la préfecture de la région Guyane (bureau en charge des élections - bâtiment Vignon) du mardi 4 février au jeudi 27 février 2020 à 18h00, aux horaires suivants :

Les semaines 6 (du mardi 4 au vendredi 7 février) et 7 (du lundi 10 au vendredi 14 février) :
Aux heures habituelles de bureau soit :
- les lundis, mardis et jeudis de 08h00 à 12h30 et de 14h00 à 17h00 ;
- les mercredis et vendredis de 08h00 à 12h30.
La semaine 8 (du lundi 17 au vendredi 21 février) :
- du lundi au vendredi de 08h00 à 12h30 et de 14h00 à 17h00.
La semaine 9 (du lundi 24 au jeudi 27 février à 18h00) :
- lundi 24 février et mercredi (Jours Gras) : de 08h00 à 12h30 (pour accéder à la préfecture ces 2 jours appeler le 0594 39 47 37 ou le 0594 39 46 76) ;
- jeudi 27 février 2020 : de 08h00 à 12h30 et de 14h00 à 18h00 (heure de clôture du dépôt).

Plus le dépôt des candidatures sera tardif, plus les éventuelles difficultés liées à ces candidatures seront difficiles à résoudre (insuffisance de certaines informations, absence d’un document ou de la signature d’un des candidats, ect.). Ces difficultés pourront être accentuées du fait que le 27 février 2020, dernier jour de dépôt des candidatures, est précédé des Jours Gras.

Afin d’éviter d’attente en préfecture, les candidats sont par ailleurs invités à prendre un rendez- vous en ligne via le site Internet de la préfecture : http://www.guyane.gouv.fr/ (cliquer sur « Prendre un rendez-vous »).

Pour le deuxième tour de scrutin, le dépôt des déclarations de candidature pourra être effectué en préfecture du lundi 23 mars au mardi 24 mars 2020 à 18h00, aux horaires suivants : de 08h00 à 12h30 et de 13h30 à 18h00.

Outre les formulaires Cerfa de déclaration de candidature, les candidats peuvent trouver sur le site de la préfecture de la région Guyane (cf lien ci-dessous), toutes informations utiles ainsi que des modèles de mandat en vue du dépôt de candidature et le mémento du candidat contenant toutes les informations utiles.

The candidacies for the first round of elections for municipal and community councilors are received at the prefecture of the French Guiana region (office in charge of elections - Vignon building) from Tuesday February 4 to Thursday February 27, 2020 at 6:00 p.m., at the following times:

Weeks 6 (from Tuesday 4 to Friday 7 February) and 7 (from Monday 10 to Friday 14 February):
During normal office hours either:
- Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m .;
- Wednesdays and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Week 8 (from Monday 17 to Friday 21 February):
- Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Week 9 (from Monday 24 to Thursday 27 February at 6 p.m.):
- Monday February 24 and Wednesday (Fat Days): from 08:00 to 12:30 (to access the prefecture these 2 days call 0594 39 47 37 or 0594 39 46 76);
- Thursday, February 27, 2020: 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (closing time of the deposit).

The later the submission of applications, the more difficult any difficulties related to these applications will be to resolve (insufficient information, absence of a document or the signature of one of the candidates, etc.). These difficulties may be accentuated by the fact that February 27, 2020, the last day for submitting applications, is preceded by Fat Days.

In order to avoid waiting at the prefecture, candidates are also invited to make an appointment online via the prefecture's website: http://www.guyane.gouv.fr/ (click on "Take a Appointment ").

For the second ballot, the nomination papers may be deposited in the prefecture from Monday March 23 to Tuesday March 24, 2020 at 6 p.m., at the following times: from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.

In addition to the Cerfa application declaration forms, candidates can find on the website of the prefecture of the French Guiana region (see link below), all useful information as well as models of mandate for the submission of applications and the memorandum of the candidate containing all the useful information.
