JPO de la filière hôtellerie-restauration du lycée Melkior Garré

Vendredi 7 février 2020 de 8h30 à 21h, la filière hôtellerie-restauration du lycée Melkior Garré vous ouvre ses portes !

De 8h30 à 17h, nous accueillons les collégiens et les lycéens de Guyane. Ils pourront visiter les plateaux techniques, le jardin pédagogique, assister à des démonstrations culinaires et cuisine spectacle ou des ateliers de flambage et de découpage.

De 15h à 21h, ouverture au grand public, cette opération permettra aux jeunes de Guyane et à leurs parents de venir toute la journée nous rencontrer afin d'envisager leur future orientation professionnelle dans le secteur de l'hôtellerie et de la restauration

A partir de 17h et jusqu'à 21h, des ateliers grands publics sont proposés à tous :

- ateliers galette (on fabrique sa galette et on repart avec !), ateliers œnologie (initiation à l’œnologie, la dégustation et les accords mets et vins...), ateliers mixologie (accompagnés par les élèves, initiation à la réalisation d'un cocktail que les participants dégusteront avec une ardoise de tapas), ateliers vins et tapas (accompagnés par nos sommeliers, les participants seront accompagnés dans la dégustation de 2 vins servis avec une ardoise de tapas), ateliers dégustation détente (un verre de vin ou un cocktail dégusté avec une ardoise de tapas...)

Toute la journée des démonstrations de sauvetage et secourisme au travail seront présentés.

Midi et soir, le restaurant pédagogique se transforme en restaurant "le Kaz Renet". Il propose un carte complète de mets et de boissons, nous accueillerons le public pour les déjeuners et les dîners

Jusqu'à 20h, un service de restauration "snacking" sera aussi proposé dans notre Boutik !

Venez nombreux nous rencontrer et visiter ce site pour réserver vos ateliers et vos repas (onglet ateliers, onglet restaurant Kaz Renet) !

Cette opération permettra aux jeunes de Guyane et à leurs parents de venir toute la journée nous rencontrer afin d'envisager leur future orientation professionnelle dans le secteur de l'hôtellerie et de la restauration !

Friday, February 7, 2020 from 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., the hotel and restaurant sector at the Melkior Garré high school opens its doors to you!

From 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., we welcome schoolchildren and high school students from French Guiana. They will be able to visit the technical platforms, the educational garden, attend culinary demonstrations and show cooking or flambé and cutting workshops.

From 3 p.m. to 9 p.m., open to the general public, this operation will allow young people from French Guiana and their parents to come and meet with us all day long in order to consider their future professional orientation in the hotel and restaurant sector.

From 5 p.m. until 9 p.m., workshops for the general public are offered to all:

- wafer workshops (we make our wafer and leave with it!), oenology workshops (introduction to wine tasting, tasting and food and wine pairings ...), mixology workshops (accompanied by students, introduction to making '' a cocktail that participants will taste with a tapas slate), wine and tapas workshops (accompanied by our sommeliers, participants will be accompanied in the tasting of 2 wines served with a tapas slate), relaxation tasting workshops (a glass of wine or a cocktail tasted with a tapas slate ...)

Throughout the day, rescue and first aid demonstrations at work will be presented.

For lunch and dinner, the educational restaurant is transformed into the "Kaz Renet" restaurant. It offers a full menu of food and drinks, we will welcome the public for lunches and dinners

Until 8 p.m., a snacking service will also be offered in our shop!

This operation will allow the young people of French Guiana and their parents to come all day to meet us in order to consider their future professional orientation in the hotel and restaurant sector!
