Accueil d’une délégation de l’Université de Dakar

Dans le cadre du partenariat entre l’Université de Guyane (UG) et l’Université Cheikh Anta Diop de Dakar (UCAD), l’UG accueillera la semaine du 9 mars cinq enseignants-chercheurs de l’UCAD.

Il s’agit des professeurs :
- Papa Alioune Sarr NDIAYE, Directeur de l’École Supérieur Polytechnique (ESP) de l’UCAD
- Mamadou Lamine NDIAYE, Responsable de la Coopération et de la Recherche à l’ESP (UCAD)
- Abdoulaye DIENG, du département Génie Électrique de l’ESP (UCAD)
- Mandicou BA, du département Génie Informatique de l’ESP (UCAD)
- Denis Assane DIOUF, de la Faculté de Lettres et Sciences Humaines de l’UCAD

Les professeurs DIENG et BA donneront des enseignements dans les licences professionnelles Métiers des Réseaux Informatiques et des Télécommunications (MRIT) et Maîtrise de l’Énergie Électricité Développement Durable (MEED) de l’IUT de Kourou, tandis que le professeur DIOUF interviendra en 2ème année de licence de lettres au département Lettres et Sciences Humaines, dans le cadre du cours « Introduction à la littérature africaine francophone ». Le professeur Mamadou Lamine NDIAYE donnera une conférence sur la « transition énergétique dans un contexte Africain », le lundi 9 mars à 18 h à l’amphithéâtre E. Le professeur Denis Assane DIOUF animera quant à lui une conférence sur « Léopold Sédar Senghor : l’héritage d’un penseur, poète et politique », le jeudi 12 mars 18 h à l’amphithéâtre A.

Lundi 9 mars
- 9h : accueil délégation à l’IUT de Kourou / visite du campus de Bois Chaudat
- 10h-12h : échanges avec l’équipe de l’IUT de Kourou du campus de Bois Chaudat
- 18h : conférence du professeur Mamadou Ndiaye : « Transition énergétique en contexte africain », campus de Troubiran, Amphithéâtre E, 18h.

Mardi 10 mars
- 10h-12h : échanges avec l’équipe de l’IUT de Kourou du campus de Troubiran
- 14h : rencontre avec des membres du laboratoire Espace-Dev, visite de la plateforme SEAS (à confirmer)

Mercredi 11 mars
- 8h-10h : visite du marché de Cayenne
- 11h-12h : rencontre avec le président de l’Université de Guyane, Antoine Primerose
- 14h-16h : échange avec les étudiants de l’IUT de Kourou (campus de Troubiran)

Jeudi 12 mars
- 9h-11h : visite centrale EDF Dégrad des Cannes
- 13h-17h : visite du centre spatial
- 18 h : Conférence du professeur Denis Assane Diouf : « Léopold Sédar Senghor : l’héritage d’un penseur, poète et politique »

Vendredi 13 mars
- 10h : rencontre avec le Vice-président de l’UG en charge du numérique, Olivier Homand
- 11h : rencontre avec Franck Roubaud, directeur Guyane Développement Innovation

Samedi 14 mars : départ pour Paris

As part of the partnership between the University of French Guiana (UG) and the Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar (UCAD), the UG will welcome five UCAD teacher-researchers the week of March 9.

These are the teachers:
- Papa Alioune Sarr NDIAYE, Director of the Polytechnic Higher School (ESP) of UCAD
- Mamadou Lamine NDIAYE, Head of Cooperation and Research at ESP (UCAD)
- Abdoulaye DIENG, from the Electrical Engineering department of ESP (UCAD)
- Mandicou BA, from the Computer Engineering department of ESP (UCAD)
- Denis Assane DIOUF, from the Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences of UCAD

Professors DIENG and BA will teach in the professional licenses for IT and Telecommunications Networks (MRIT) and Mastery of Energy Electricity Sustainable Development (MEED) of the IUT of Kourou, while professor DIOUF will intervene in the 2nd year Bachelor of Letters in the Letters and Human Sciences department, as part of the course "Introduction to French-speaking African literature". Professor Mamadou Lamine NDIAYE will give a conference on "energy transition in an African context", Monday March 9 at 6 pm at amphitheater E. Professor Denis Assane DIOUF will lead a conference on "Léopold Sédar Senghor: l 'legacy of a thinker, poet and politician', Thursday March 12 at 6 p.m. at Amphitheater A.

Monday March 9
- 9 am: delegation reception at the IUT of Kourou / visit of the Bois Chaudat campus
- 10am-12am: exchanges with the team of the IUT of Kourou of the Bois Chaudat campus
- 6:00 pm: lecture by Professor Mamadou Ndiaye: "Energy transition in an African context", Troubiran campus, Amphitheater E, 6:00 pm.

Tuesday March 10
- 10am-12am: exchanges with the IUT Kourou team from the Troubiran campus
- 2 p.m .: meeting with members of the Espace-Dev laboratory, visit to the SEAS platform (to be confirmed)

Wednesday March 11
- 8 am-10am: visit to the Cayenne market
- 11 am-12noon: meeting with the president of the University of French Guiana, Antoine Primerose
- 2 p.m. - 4 p.m .: exchange with the students of the IUT of Kourou (Troubiran campus)

Thursday March 12
- 9 am-11am: EDF Dégrad des Cannes central visit
- 1 p.m. - 5 p.m .: visit of the space center
- 6:00 pm: Lecture by Professor Denis Assane Diouf: "Léopold Sédar Senghor: the legacy of a thinker, poet and politician"

Friday March 13
- 10:00 am: meeting with the Vice-President of the UG in charge of digital, Olivier Homand
- 11 a.m .: meeting with Franck Roubaud, director of French Guiana Development Innovation

Saturday March 14: departure for Paris
