Session extraordinaire de droit du nouveau conseil municipal de Cayenne

Madame Marie-Laure PHINERA-HORTH Maire de la ville de Cayenne organise une séance d’investiture du nouveau conseil municipal issu du scrutin en date du 15 mars 2020 qui aura lieu le :

Cette session extraordinaire du conseil municipal se tiendra à huis clos, sans public, conformément à la circulaire du Ministère de la cohésion des territoires et des relations avec les collectivités territoriales en date du 17 mars 2020 portant sur l’élection des conseillers municipaux et communautaires et des exécutifs et fonctionnement des organes délibérants.

L’organisation du présent conseil municipal à huis clos s’inscrit dans le cadre général de la lutte contre la propagation du virus covid-19 sur le territoire.

AT THE CAYENNE TOWN HALL

This extraordinary session of the municipal council will be held behind closed doors, without public, in accordance with the circular of the Ministry of Territorial Cohesion and Relations with Local Authorities dated March 17, 2020 relating to the election of municipal and community councilors and of the executives and functioning of the deliberative bodies.

The organization of this municipal council behind closed doors is part of the general framework of the fight against the spread of the covid-19 virus on the territory.
