Condoléances de Serge Smock au décès de Mme. Mireille VIGILANT

Serge SMOCK Maire de la ville Matoury a appris avec grande tristesse le décès de Madame Mireille VIGILANT épouse ELFORT connue sous son nom populaire « Hortensia ».

Chantre du Folklore créole guyanais. Madame Hortensia savait se distinguer par ses compositions qu’elle aimait chanter tous les samedis soir à ‘‘lasal konvwè’’ chez SEROTTE.

Nous garderons en mémoire une personnalité à la fois fougueuse, dynamique et chaleureuse.

La Ville de Matoury perd, très certainement, une administrée de choix.

Le Maire tient au nom du Conseil Municipal, à témoigner à la famille ainsi qu’à ses proches, ses plus sincères condoléances dans cette douloureuse épreuve.
