100 millions d'euros pour les CCI

Gabriel SERVILLE, député de la 1ère circonscription de Guyane se félicite de l’adoption de son amendement 1817 au projet de loi de finances rectificative qui permettra d’abonder de 100 millions d’euros le budget affecté aux Chambres de Commerce et de l’Industrie (CCI).

Adopté contre l’avis du Gouvernement, cet amendement revient sur la destruction lente des CCI entreprise depuis 2 ans par l’exécutif en dépit des engagements pris par le Président de la République.

Alors que le réseau des CCI est pleinement mobilisé pour soutenir l’action de l’Etat pendant la crise du COVID-19, elles ont perdu plus de 220 millions d’euros pendant la période de confinement. Les CCI ultramarines sont particulièrement fragilisées, en particulier à Mayotte et en Guyane où le tissu économique est composé majoritairement de TPE qui disparaitront si elles ne sont pas correctement accompagnées.

Cet amendement, travaillé en coordination avec Carine SINAÏ BOSSOU, Président de la CCI Guyane et de l’association des CCI d’Outre-mer doit maintenant être confirmé par le sénat.

Gabriel SERVILLE, deputy for the 1st constituency of French Guiana, welcomes the adoption of his amendment 1817 to the amending finance bill which will allow the budget allocated to the Chambers of Commerce and the Industry (CCI).

Adopted against the opinion of the Government, this amendment goes back to the slow destruction of the CCI undertaken by the executive for 2 years despite the commitments made by the President of the Republic.

While the CCI network is fully mobilized to support the action of the State during the COVID-19 crisis, they lost more than 220 million euros during the confinement period. The overseas CCIs are particularly weakened, in particular in Mayotte and in French Guiana where the economic fabric is mainly made up of very small businesses which will disappear if they are not properly supported.

This amendment, worked in coordination with Carine SINAÏ BOSSOU, President of the CCI French Guiana and of the association of CCIs of Overseas must now be confirmed by the Senate.
