Tests antigéniques : pas question d’abandonner les positifs dans la nature !

Le test antigénique peut être proposé par d’autres professionnels de santé que ceux des laboratoires : pharmaciens d’officine, médecins et infirmiers. Mais ce test, pratique par sa rapidité– une vingtaine de minutes pour connaître le résultat de son patient –, ne peut pas se résumer à un écouvillon, une bandelette et une annonce au patient. Le renseignement du résultat dans SIDEP, le système d’information du dépistage, est indispensable. Seule cette démarche permet l’enclenchement du contact tracing, du suivi médical et de l’accompagnement social du patient, du remboursement du professionnel de santé et du suivi de l’épidémie en Guyane.

Avec les tests antigéniques, de nombreux professionnels de santé – et plus seulement les laboratoires – peuvent être amenés à rendre un résultat de dépistage du Covid-19 : pharmaciens d’officine, urgentistes, infirmier en établissement médico-social, médecin en centre délocalisé de prévention et de soins (CDPS) ou sur une opération de dépistage. SIDEP, le système d’information du dépistage, s’adapte à cette nouvelle donne. Sa version IV a été mise en ligne hier matin.

Dans le cadre de la lutte contre l’épidémie de Covid-19, le renseignement des résultats dans SIDEP est une phase indispensable. Il permet :

A l’Assurance maladie d’enclencher le contact tracing ;
A la personne testée positive de bénéficier d’un suivi médical et d’un accompagnement social ;
Aux professionnels de santé de se faire rembourser ;
Aux épidémiologistes de suivre l’évolution de la situation en Guyane.

Aujourd’hui, les tests antigéniques ont commencé à être utilisés dans le territoire. Une grosse vingtaine a été réalisée ce week-end par le CDPS de Camopi, avec cinq résultats positifs. L’établissement d’hébergement pour personnes âgées dépendantes (Ehpad) Ebène, à Cayenne, en a fait bénéficier deux employés de retour de congés, négatifs pour leur part. Dans tous les cas, le renseignement du résultat dans SIDEP est indispensable.

La saisie d’un résultat dans SIDEP prend environ 1 minute 30. Un tutoriel permet au professionnel de santé de se familiariser avec l’outil. L’Assistance publique - Hôpitaux de Paris (AP-HP) met également un numéro vert à la disposition des professionnels de santé : le 0 800 08 32 04 (de 5 heures à 16 heures, heures de Guyane, sauf le dimanche).

L’identification électronique se fait par Pro Santé Connect, avec sa carte CPS ou l’application mobile e-CPS (lire ci-dessous). Il est également possible d’obtenir des identifiants de connexion par l’ARS, en envoyant ses nom, prénom, titre, spécialité, adresse électronique, numéro de téléphone portable et numéro RPPS à ars-guyane-esante@ars.sante.fr

Alors que la Guyane doit se préparer à une deuxième vague, la période actuelle de circulation modérée du virus permet de se former à ces nouveaux outils. C’est le cas des pharmaciens, ainsi que l’explique leur présidente, Liliane Pognon. La semaine prochaine, plusieurs d’entre eux vont suivre une formation au test antigénique : « Pour l’instant, les laboratoires s’en sortent très bien et rendent les résultats en moins de vingt-quatre heures. Mais nous serons prêts, si besoin. »

The antigen test can be offered by healthcare professionals other than those in laboratories: dispensing pharmacists, doctors and nurses. But this test, practical by its speed - about twenty minutes to know the result of his patient -, cannot be reduced to a swab, a strip and an announcement to the patient. Entering the result into SIDEP, the screening information system, is essential. Only this approach allows the initiation of contact tracing, medical monitoring and social support for the patient, reimbursement of the health professional and monitoring of the epidemic in French Guiana.

With antigenic tests, many healthcare professionals - and no longer just laboratories - may be required to provide a Covid-19 screening result: dispensary pharmacists, emergency physicians, nurses in medico-social establishments, doctors in relocated centers in prevention and care (CDPS) or a screening operation. SIDEP, the screening information system, is adapting to this new situation. Its version IV was put online yesterday morning.

As part of the fight against the Covid-19 epidemic, informing the results in SIDEP is an essential phase. It allows:

The Health Insurance will initiate contact tracing;
For the person who tests positive to benefit from medical monitoring and social support;
It is up to health professionals to be reimbursed;
It is up to epidemiologists to follow the evolution of the situation in French Guiana.

Today, antigen tests have started to be used in the territory. About 20 were carried out this weekend by the CDPS of Camopi, with five positive results. The housing establishment for dependent elderly people (Ehpad) Ebène, in Cayenne, provided two employees returning from leave, negative for their part. In all cases, entering the result in SIDEP is essential.

Entering a result in SIDEP takes approximately 1 minute 30 minutes. A tutorial allows the healthcare professional to become familiar with the tool. Public Assistance - Paris Hospitals (AP-HP) also provides a toll-free number for healthcare professionals: 0 800 08 32 04 (from 5 a.m. to 4 p.m., French Guiana hours, except Sundays).

Electronic identification is done by Pro Santé Connect, with its CPS card or the e-CPS mobile application (see below). It is also possible to obtain login credentials through the ARS, by sending their name, first name, title, specialty, email address, mobile phone number and RPPS number to ars-guyane-esante@ars.sante.fr.

While French Guiana must prepare for a second wave, the current period of moderate circulation of the virus allows training in these new tools. This is the case with pharmacists, as their president, Liliane Pognon explains. Next week, several of them will be taking antigen testing training: “So far, the labs are doing very well and reporting the results in less than 24 hours. But we'll be ready if needed. "
