Nomination de 3 préfets en Outre-mer

Le Conseil des ministres du 25 novembre 2020 a procédé à plusieurs nominations de préfets en Outre-mer.

Thierry QUEFFELEC, préfet, administrateur supérieur des îles Wallis-et-Futuna, devient préfet de la Guyane. Il remplace Marc DEL GRANDE, appelé à d’autres fonctions.

Avant d’être en poste à Wallis-et-Futuna, Thierry QUEFFELEC était secrétaire général pour les affaires régionales auprès du préfet de la région Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur de 2014 à 2019 et sous-préfet de Le Raincy auprès du préfet de Seine-Saint-Denis de 2010 à 2014. Thierry QUEFFELEC est titulaire d’une maîtrise d’Histoire et d’un DESS en aménagement et défense. Chevalier de l’ordre national du Mérite et de la Légion d’honneur, il est ancien élève de l’école spéciale militaire de Saint-Cyr.

Hervé JONATHAN, sous-préfet de Bayonne, est nommé préfet, administrateur supérieur des îles Wallis-et-Futuna, en remplacement de Thierry QUEFFELEC.

Titulaire d’une maîtrise en droit et diplômé de HEC et de l’IEP de Paris, Hervé JONATHAN a notamment été secrétaire général de la préfecture des Hautes-Alpes (1995), puis de la Charente (2000) avant de rejoindre la Direction générale des Outre-mer. Depuis 2018, il était sous-préfet de Bayonne après avoir été secrétaire général de la préfecture du Loiret.

Serge GOUTEYRON, sous-préfet de l'arrondissement d’Aix-en-Provence, devient préfet délégué à Saint-Barthélemy et Saint-Martin. Sylvie DANIELO-FEUCHER, qui occupait précédemment ce poste, devient préfète de l’Ariège.

Serge GOUTEYRON était sous-préfet d’Aix-en-Provence depuis 2014, après avoir été secrétaire général de la préfecture de Seine-et-Marne. Il a également été en poste à Compiègne et à Montbéliard comme sous-préfet, après avoir été chargé de mission auprès du préfet de la Haute-Savoie en charge de l’organisation du sommet d’Evian en 2002. Il est ancien élève de l’école spéciale militaire de Saint-Cyr.

The Council of Ministers of November 25, 2020 made several appointments of prefects in the French Overseas Territories.

Thierry QUEFFELEC, prefect, senior administrator of the Wallis-and-Futuna Islands, becomes prefect of French Guiana. He replaces Marc DEL GRANDE, called to other functions.

Before being stationed in Wallis-et-Futuna, Thierry QUEFFELEC was secretary general for regional affairs with the prefect of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region from 2014 to 2019 and sub-prefect of Le Raincy with the prefect of Seine-Saint-Denis from 2010 to 2014. Thierry QUEFFELEC holds a master's degree in History and a DESS in planning and defense. Knight of the National Order of Merit and of the Legion of Honor, he is a former student of the Saint-Cyr special military school.

Hervé JONATHAN, sub-prefect of Bayonne, is appointed prefect, senior administrator of the Wallis-and-Futuna islands, replacing Thierry QUEFFELEC.

Holder of a master's degree in law and a graduate of HEC and IEP in Paris, Hervé JONATHAN was notably secretary general of the prefecture of Hautes-Alpes (1995), then of Charente (2000) before joining the general management from overseas. Since 2018, he was sub-prefect of Bayonne after having been secretary general of the prefecture of Loiret.

Serge GOUTEYRON, sub-prefect of the district of Aix-en-Provence, becomes delegated prefect in Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin. Sylvie DANIELO-FEUCHER, who previously held this post, becomes Prefect of Ariège.

Serge GOUTEYRON has been sub-prefect of Aix-en-Provence since 2014, after having been secretary general of the prefecture of Seine-et-Marne. He was also stationed at Compiègne and Montbéliard as sub-prefect, after having been in charge of mission with the prefect of Haute-Savoie in charge of the organization of the Evian summit in 2002. He is a former student of the special military school of Saint-Cyr.
