A titre d’exemple :
Petite enfance
The Territorial Family Services Plan (STSF) sets the framework for a shared policy for children, youth and parenting support. Under the authority of the Prefect, the Family Allowance Fund (Caf) of French Guiana animated and coordinated the work to develop the 2020-2022 Plan, in consultation with the various partners involved in these fields: State, Territorial Collectivity of French Guiana (CTG), Caf, National Education, Pôle emploi, Association of Mayors, Early childhood federations, etc.
This approach promotes the coordination of the various players, to improve the quality, complementarity and consistency of the offer, and to continue to correct territorial and social inequalities in terms of access to services.
The signing will take place on Wednesday, December 23 at 3 p.m. in the lounges of the Prefectural Hotel in Cayenne
Thus, the active cooperation of each of the partners made it possible to set the orientations and objectives to be achieved by 2022. For example:
Early childhood
• Support communities in defining and setting up the 0-3 year-old care offer in their territory, by creating a replicable economic model.
• Support professionals to perpetuate the existing offer: social entrepreneurship, training ...
Parenthood
• Link the territory with the appointment of parenting referents, to support projects and services in each population basin
Youth
• Create holiday centers without accommodation and with accommodation
• Develop a "youth" offer by relying on spaces for facilitating social life and the Yana Loisirs and Yana J systems
