Pensez l’attractivité économique de votre territoire !

La Communauté d’Agglomération du Centre Littoral invite ses habitants et notamment son tissu économique à participer au sondage du projet du Grand Parc Economique Collery-Terca-Larivot.

Les résultats de ce sondage permettront de compléter la première phase de diagnostic autour de l’offre et des enjeux d’attractivité du territoire de ce parc économique de grande envergure.

Le Grand Parc Economique Collery-Terca-Larivot :

Ce projet consiste à développer une offre qualitative et quantitative de foncier er d’immobilier d’entreprises visant à :
- remettre à niveau les espaces publics ;
- maîtriser les zones d’extension possibles et saisir des opportunités d’implantation en disposant de foncier ;
- assurer la jonction, la continuité et la cohérence avec la zone Terca ;
- élaborer un référentiel pour la création de parcs d’activité qualitatifs, fonctionnels et respectant l’environnement ;
- doter le « Grand Parc » d’une identité partagée par l’ensemble des acteurs (consommateurs, entreprises, collectivités).

The Center Littoral Agglomeration Community invites its inhabitants and in particular its economic fabric to participate in the survey of the Collery-Terca-Larivot Large Economic Park project.

The results of this survey will make it possible to complete the first diagnostic phase around the offer and the challenges of attracting the territory of this large-scale economic park.

The Large Economic Park Collery-Terca-Larivot:

This project consists of developing a qualitative and quantitative offer of land and business real estate aimed at:
- upgrade public spaces;
- master the possible areas of expansion and seize business opportunities by having land;
- ensuring the connection, continuity and consistency with the Terca zone;
- develop a benchmark for the creation of high-quality, functional and environmentally friendly business parks;
- endow the "Grand Parc" with an identity shared by all stakeholders (consumers, businesses, communities).
