Pose de la première pierre de la France Services d’Iracoubo

L’État, via la Dotation d’Equipement des territoires Ruraux (DETR), finance à 80 % pour un montant deprès de 440 000€, la construction de la future France Services d’Iracoubo. Les services de l’État en Guyane, et notamment ceux de la Direction Générale de la Coordination et de l’Animation territoriale (DGCAT), se sont mobilisés pous accompagner la Communauté de Communes du Centre Littoral (CCDS) à élaborer son projet.

L’objectif de la CCDS est de désenclaver la commune rurale d’Iracoubo en proposant une offre de services publics de proximité et de qualité aux habitants, avec deux agents d’accueil spécialisés en médiation numérique formés par l’État, et un espace « libre services » avec accès à internet, permettant l’impression des documents administratifs. Au delà d’un accès privilégié aux services publics, le projet comprendra un pôle d’accueil des entreprises (permanences CCI-CMA, accueil des entreprises) et pôle dédié à la santé (cabinet médical).

En plus de cette aide conséquente en investissement, l’État continuera à accompagner la CCDS dans le dépôt d’une demande de labellisation France Services d’ici la fin de l’année 2021, pour obtenir un financement pérenne de l’État de 30 000€/an en fonctionnement.

La pose de la première pierre de la France Services d’Iracoubo ce vendredi 19 mars confirme le fort soutien de l’État au projet de la CCDS d’amélioration de l’accès aux services publics.

The State, via the Endowment of Equipment for Rural Territories (DETR), is 80% financing for an amount of nearly € 440,000, the construction of the future France Services of Iracoubo. The State services in French Guiana, and in particular those of the General Directorate of Coordination and Territorial Animation (DGCAT), have mobilized to support the Community of Communes of the Center Littoral (CCDS) in developing its project.

The objective of the CCDS is to open up the rural town of Iracoubo by offering local and quality public services to residents, with two reception agents specializing in digital mediation trained by the State, and a space " self-service ”with internet access, allowing the printing of administrative documents. Beyond privileged access to public services, the project will include a business reception center (CCI-CMA hotlines, business reception) and a dedicated health center (medical practice).

In addition to this substantial investment aid, the State will continue to support the CCDS in submitting an application for France Services labeling by the end of 2021, to obtain long-term funding from the State of 30 000 € / year in operation.

The laying of the first stone of France Services in Iracoubo this Friday, March 19 confirms the strong support of the state for the CCDS project to improve access to public services.
