Fonds de structuration des filières bio ou Fonds Avenir Bio

Géré par l’Agence BIO, le fonds d’Avenir Bio permet d’accompagner financièrement des opérateurs économiques ayant des projets collectifs, impliquant des partenaires complémentaires à différents stades de la filière, engagés sur plusieurs années, et ayant des objectifs de développement des surfaces et de la production en agriculture biologique en France.

Le Fonds Avenir Bio est doté de 13 millions d’euros par an, de 2021 à 2022, grâce au volet « transition agricole » du plan de relance gouvernemental.

Le ministère de l’Agriculture et de l’Alimentation et l’Agence BIO souhaitent ainsi accélérer le développement de la production biologique grâce à l’augmentation importante du nombre des projets soutenus. Dans un contexte de crise sanitaire, cette mesure dédiée du plan de relance permet de soutenir et de financer des investissements matériels et immatériels. Tout opérateur économique, du producteur au transformateur, impliqué dans l’agriculture biologique et dans un projet partenarial de filière peut bénéficier de ce fonds : sociétés coopératives, associations ou groupements d’opérateurs exerçant une activité économique.

Un appel à projets Avenir Bio “Plan de relance” a été lancé le 13 janvier 2021 et sera clôturé le 1er septembre 2022.

An Avenir Bio “Recovery Plan” call for projects was launched on January 13, 2021 and will close on September 1, 2022.
