Organisation mise en place suite au départ de feu au PFE

Suite au départ de feu qui s’est déclaré au Centre hospitalier de Cayenne, ce dimanche 25 avril 2021 à 12h06 dans un local technique du Bloc obstétrical gynécologique, voici l’organisation mise en place et le calendrier prévisionnel de remise en service des installations.

1. Organisation mise en place

- Pédiatrie
Les capacités d’hospitalisation de pédiatrie sont réparties comme suit :
-10 places organisées sur le CID et l’HDJ ;
-7 places organisées en chirurgie ;
-5 lits en UHCD.

- Gynécologie-obstétrique
Les urgences de gynécologie et d’obstétrique, les consultations ainsi que les accouchements, continuent à être assurés par le Centre hospitalier de Cayenne.
L’accueil des urgences obstétriques et gynécologiques ainsi que les salles de naissance ont été regroupées en service de gynécologie. Les césariennes sont réalisées au bloc opératoire (salle 6 et 5).

Les patientes de gynécologie sont prises en charge en maternité (Arouna).

Des partenariats sont mis en œuvre avec la clinique Saint-Gabriel, le Centre hospitalier de Kourou et le Centre hospitalier de l’ouest guyanais pour organiser la prise en charge de certaines parturientes en cohérence avec leur lieu de résidence.

Les patientes venues des communes de l’intérieur en attente d’un accouchement sont hébergées dans un dispositif hôtelier avec intervention régulière du service d’hospitalisation à domicile (HAD) et des sages-femmes libérales. Leur consultation et suivi à la maternité sont maintenus et leur hospitalisation organisée dès que leur état le nécessite.

- Bloc opératoire
L’activité de bloc opératoire est regroupée sur les salles 1 à 5.

2. Calendrier prévisionnel de remise en service des installations
Tout est mis en œuvre pour permettre une réintégration rapide des locaux des différentes unités dans le respect des conditions d’hygiène et de sécurité requises.

Les opérations de décontamination et d’ozonage sont réalisées 24h/24 et ont permis une restitution de l’UGO le dimanche 2 mai. Le bionettoyage à l’UGO a été finalisé ce lundi 3 mai.

La restitution des unités de pédiatrie est prévue pour le 5 mai au soir. Les opérations de bionettoyage seront réalisées dès les locaux restitués.

Afin de ne pas perturber les opérations de décontamination en cours, tout passage ou intervention dans les zones sinistrées doit être expressément autorisée par la société de décontamination.

Parallèlement les travaux ont commencé dans la zone du bloc obstétrical et se dérouleront jusqu’au 11 mai. Les opérations de décontamination seront réalisées du 12 au 18 mai.

La direction du Centre hospitalier de Cayenne remercie l’ensemble des professionnels médicaux, soignants et techniques mobilisés depuis dimanche pour assurer la continuité et la sécurité des prises des patients, dans un contexte où chacun est par ailleurs fortement mobilisé pour assurer conjointement la prise en charge des patients Covid-19 et non Covid-19 dans le cadre du plan blanc.

1. Organization set up

- Pediatrics
Pediatric hospitalization capacities are distributed as follows:
-10 places organized at the CID and HDJ;

- Obstetric gynecology
Gynecology and obstetrics emergencies, consultations and childbirth continue to be provided by the Cayenne Hospital Center.
The reception of obstetric and gynecological emergencies as well as the birth rooms have been grouped into the gynecology department. Cesarean sections are performed in the operating room (rooms 6 and 5).

Gynecology patients are cared for in the maternity ward (Arouna).

Partnerships are being implemented with the Saint-Gabriel clinic, the Kourou hospital center and the Western Guianese hospital center to organize the care of certain parturients in line with their place of residence.

Patients from the interior municipalities awaiting childbirth are accommodated in a hotel facility with regular intervention from the home hospitalization service (HAD) and liberal midwives. Their consultation and follow-up in the maternity ward are maintained and their hospitalization organized as soon as their condition requires it.

- Operating room
The operating room activity is grouped together in rooms 1 to 5.

2. Provisional schedule for putting the installations back into service
Everything is being done to allow rapid reintegration of the premises of the various units in compliance with the required health and safety conditions.

Decontamination and ozonation operations are carried out 24 hours a day and enabled the UGO to be returned on Sunday, May 2. The bio-cleaning at UGO was finalized on Monday, May 3.

The return of the pediatric units is scheduled for the evening of May 5. Bio-cleaning operations will be carried out as soon as the premises are returned.

In order not to disturb the decontamination operations in progress, any passage or intervention in the affected areas must be expressly authorized by the decontamination company.

At the same time, work has started in the obstetrical unit area and will run until May 11. Decontamination operations will be carried out from May 12 to 18.

The management of the Cayenne Hospital Center would like to thank all the medical, nursing and technical professionals mobilized since Sunday to ensure the continuity and safety of patient care, in a context where everyone is also strongly mobilized to jointly ensure care. of Covid-19 and non-Covid-19 patients under the white plan.
