l'Hôpitale Privé Saint-Gabriel et le combat de la direction

Le 15 JUIN 2021 - GUYANE SANTE en général, et l’Hôpital Privé SAINT GABRIEL (ex CLINIQUE VERONIQUE) en particulier, participent depuis plusieurs mois pleinement à la prise en charge des patients COVID 19 en Guyane.

Malgré cette implication, un traitement « particulier » semble être réservé à la clinique SAINT GABRIEL en cette période de pandémie encore très active en Guyane.

Ainsi, la direction de la clinique a été confrontée depuis plusieurs semaines à une multiplication d’actes malveillants, et la posture des services de l’Etat interroge :

- Report injustifié d’aides pourtant prévues par le dispositif de soutien spécifique mis en place par les pouvoirs publics à raison de la pandémie, malgré les investissements matériels et humains mis en œuvre ;
- Inspections fortuites, répétées par les services de l’URSSAF et de l’ARS, sans aucun préavis, ni information préalable, emportant désorganisation des services et de l’offre de soins.

Loin de remettre en question l’utilité des contrôles, particulièrement en matière de santé, la multiplication de ces derniers, ciblant spécifiquement la clinique, à défaut des autres structures en Guyane, interroge.

La direction de la clinique entend donc rappeler avec force son engagement local, et sa volonté d’assurer le développement de l’offre de santé sur la durée, gages de son indépendance et de son ancrage en GUYANE où le groupe emploie plus de 350 collaborateurs.

La direction de l’Hôpital privé SAINT GABRIEL confirme son attachement à la qualité et à la continuité des soins en GUYANE, son seul objectif.

JUNE 15, 2021 - GUYANE SANTE in general, and the Private Hospital SAINT GABRIEL (formerly VERONIQUE clinic) in particular, have been fully participating for several months in the care of COVID 19 patients in French Guiana.

Despite this involvement, “special” treatment seems to be reserved for the SAINT GABRIEL clinic during this period of pandemic which is still very active in French Guiana.

Thus, the management of the clinic has been confronted for several weeks with an increase in malicious acts, and the posture of the state services questions:

- Unjustified postponement of aid yet provided for by the specific support system put in place by the public authorities due to the pandemic, despite the material and human investments made;
- Fortuitous inspections, repeated by URSSAF and ARS services, without any notice or prior information, leading to disruption of services and the supply of care.

Far from calling into question the usefulness of controls, particularly in the area of health, the proliferation of these, specifically targeting the clinic, in the absence of other structures in French Guiana, questions.

The management of the clinic therefore intends to recall with force its local commitment, and its desire to ensure the development of the health offer over time, guarantees of its independence and its anchoring in French Guiana where the group employs more than 350 collaborators.

The management of the SAINT GABRIEL private hospital confirms its attachment to the quality and continuity of care in French Guiana, its sole objective.
