«Soutien à l’Économie Sociale et Solidaire» 2021 : 6 lauréats retenus en Guyane

L’Économie Sociale et Solidaire (ESS) est encadrée par la loi n°2014-856 du 31 juillet 2014 modifiée. Depuis plusieurs années, l’État accompagne et apporte un soutien financier aux initiatives porteuses et innovantes pour le territoire guyanais.

L’ESS joue un rôle majeur en Guyane où elle totalise 4 275 emplois déployés au sein de 478 établissements.

Elle représente ainsi 7,9 % de l’emploi guyanais et 14,8 % de l’emploi privé. 66 % de femmes sont employées dans les différentes structures de l’ESS.

Comme l’année dernière, cet AAP « soutien à l’économie sociale et solidaire en Guyane » a été co-financé à hauteur de 175 500 € par les services de l’État en Guyane et de 50 000 € par la Collectivité Territoriale de la Guyane.

L’enveloppe totale à répartir était de 225 500 €. Parmi les 27 dossiers déposés, 6 lauréats ont été retenus :

• Peupl'enHarmonie : création et commercialisation d’offres touristiques responsables des villages afin de développer ces territoires, créer de l’activité et de l’emploi pour les jeunes ;
• Yanakaz : création d’un carbet de passage à Cayenne pour les populations des communes éloignées de l’intérieur ;
• YouMoov : création d’une plateforme mobilité covoiturage « Yana mobilité » ouverte à tous publics de la CACL et de la CCOG ;
• Optimom : développement de l’économie circulaire, augmenter la pré-collecte et la collecte solidaire de matériaux recyclables secs sur le territoire de la CACL ;
• !D Santé : amélioration de l'accès aux soins et à la prévention aux droits à la santé dans l’Est guyanais à Saint-Georges de l’Oyapock ;
• Auto-école sociale Nomade (AESN) : création d’une auto-école sociale et accompagnement vers la mobilité des habitants situés en zone rurale.

Ces 6 projets ont répondu aux 5 axes déclinés dans le cahier des charges de l’AAP :
• santé et services sociaux,
• mobilité durable,
• économie circulaire,
• tourisme alternatif et innovant,
• mise en valeur du territoire et de sa biodiversité.

Ces projets ont vocation à être déployés sur l’ensemble du territoire guyanais afin de répondre aux besoins de la population dans son ensemble.


The Social and Solidarity Economy (ESS) is governed by Law No. 2014-856 of July 31, 2014 as amended. For several years, the State has accompanied and provided financial support for promising and innovative initiatives for the Guyanese territory.

• Peupl'enHarmonie: creation and marketing of responsible tourist facilities for villages in order to develop these territories, create activity and employment for young people;
• Yanakaz: creation of a transit hut in Cayenne for the populations of remote towns in the interior;
• YouMoov: creation of a "Yana Mobilité" carpooling mobility platform open to all audiences of the CACL and CCOG;
• Optimom: development of the circular economy, increase the pre-collection and solidarity collection of dry recyclable materials in the territory of the CACL;
•!D Health: improvement of access to healthcare and prevention to health rights in eastern French Guiana in Saint-Georges de Oyapock;
• Nomadic social driving school (AESN): creation of a social driving school and support towards the mobility of inhabitants located in rural areas.

These 6 projects responded to the 5 axes set out in the specifications of the PAA:
• health and social services,
• sustainable mobility,
• circular economy,
• alternative and innovative tourism,
• enhancement of the territory and its biodiversity.

These projects are intended to be deployed throughout French Guiana in order to meet the needs of the population as a whole.
