Appel à Manifestation d’Intérêt « Manifestations Carnavalesques 2022 »

En vue de la saison carnavalesque 2022, la Collectivité Territoriale de Guyane, propriétaire du Palais Régional Omnisports Georges Théolade (PROGT), appelle les professionnels du spectacle à manifester leur intérêt pour l’exploitation de la salle principale dans le but d’assurer, un égal accès à cet équipement public.

Cet appel à projet doit permettre la sauvegarde du patrimoine culturel de la Guyane, notamment le patrimoine carnavalesque, et accompagner les initiatives, tout en respectant les mesures sanitaires en vigueur dans notre département. L’AMI a pour ambition de permettre une utilisation adéquate du Palais Régional Omnisports Georges Théolade dans les meilleures conditions possibles en terme de sécurité et de planification des manifestations.

Les manifestations devront se dérouler entre le 10 janvier et le 2 mars 2022.

Les projets proposés peuvent prendre des formes variées (expositions, défilés, bals etc...) et devront répondre aux objectifs suivants :
▪ promouvoir le Carnaval Guyanais
▪ contribuer à son rayonnement touristique
▪ favoriser l’accueil du public en toute sécurité
▪ respecter les dispositions sanitaires relatives aux manifestations à grand rayonnement

QUI PEUT RÉPONDRE À L’AMI ?
Toute association ou entreprise située en Guyane et qui favorise le développement et le rayonnement du carnaval est invitée à répondre cet AMI de la CTG.

Calendrier prévisionnel :
▪ Lancement de l'appel à manifestation d’intérêt : 8 octobre 2021
▪ Clôture des dépôts de dossiers de candidature : 31 octobre 2021
▪ Examen en AP (Assemblée Plénière) : 15 décembre 2021

CONDITIONS DE RECEVABILITÉ
Pour que le dossier puisse être instruit, l’association ou la société devra répondre aux conditions de recevabilité suivantes :
▪ Obligation de proposer un projet visant à promouvoir le carnaval guyanais
▪ Obligation de contribuer à son rayonnement touristique
▪ Obligation d’accueillir le public en toute sécurité

La Commission Culture, Jeunesse, Politiques sportives et Vie associative de la CTG sera organisée à l’issue de la période de dépôt des dossiers de candidature, afin d’émettre un avis sur chaque projet.

In view of the 2022 carnival season, the Territorial Collectivity of French Guiana, owner of the Georges Théolade Regional Omnisports Palace (PROGT), calls on entertainment professionals to show their interest in operating the main hall in order to ensure, equal access to this public equipment.

This call for projects should allow the preservation of the cultural heritage of French Guiana, in particular the carnival heritage, and support initiatives, while respecting the health measures in force in our department. The AMI's ambition is to allow adequate use of the Georges Théolade Regional Omnisports Palace under the best possible conditions in terms of security and event planning.

The events must take place between January 10 and March 2, 2022.

The proposed projects can take various forms (exhibitions, parades, balls, etc.) and must meet the following objectives:
▪ promote the Guianese Carnival
▪ contribute to its tourist influence
▪ promote safe public reception
▪ comply with the health provisions relating to high-profile events

WHO CAN RESPOND TO THE FRIEND?
Any association or company located in French Guiana and which promotes the development and influence of carnival is invited to respond to this FRIEND of the CTG.

Provisional timetable :
▪ Launch of the call for expressions of interest: October 8, 2021
▪ Closing date for submitting applications: October 31, 2021
▪ Examination in AP (Plenary Assembly): December 15, 2021

CONDITIONS OF ADMISSIBILITY
In order for the case to be investigated, the association or company must meet the following admissibility conditions:
▪ Obligation to propose a project to promote the Guianese carnival
▪ Obligation to contribute to its tourist influence
▪ Obligation to welcome the public in complete safety

The Culture, Youth, Sports Policies and Associative Life Commission of the CTG will be organized at the end of the application period, in order to give an opinion on each project.
