Hommage à René CLERVAUX et Raphaël RABORD

En l’honneur de René Clervaux et Raphaël Rabord, premiers vice-présidents délégués à l’eau potable et à l’assainissement à la création de la CCCL en 1997, le Président de la CACL, Serge Smock dévoile la salle de réunion de la STEP Leblond qui portera leur nom, jeudi 16 décembre 2021.

René CLERVAUX fut le premier vice-président de la CCCL, délégué à l’eau potable de 1997 à 2001, sous la présidence de Jean Ganty, Président à la création de la Communauté de Commune du Centre Littoral (CCCL). Son mandat a été marqué notamment par son investissement lors du transfert de la compétence eau potable à la communauté de communes.

Raphaël RABORD a été vice-président délégué à l’assainissement entre 2001 et 2020 après un mandat d’élu communautaire, en tant que membre du bureau entre 1997 et 2001. On retient de l’exercice de ses mandats, son engagement pour la création d nombreux ouvrages d’assainissement comme la pose de réseaux de collecte en eaux usées, les lagunes de Montsinéry, Macouria et Roura ou les stations d’épuration Leblond et Lacroix, plus récemment.

L’eau potable et l’assainissement sont les compétences historiques de l’intercommunalité, compétences sur lesquelles les deux hommes ont particulièrement œuvré.

In honor of René Clervaux and Raphaël Rabord, first vice-presidents delegated to drinking water and sanitation at the creation of the CCCL in 1997, the President of the CACL, Serge Smock unveils the meeting room of the STEP Leblond which will bear their name, Thursday, December 16, 2021.

René CLERVAUX was the first vice-president of the CCCL, delegate for drinking water from 1997 to 2001, under the chairmanship of Jean Ganty, President of the creation of the Community of Commune of the Coastal Center (CCCL). His mandate was marked in particular by his investment during the transfer of drinking water competence to the community of municipalities.

Raphaël RABORD was deputy vice-president for sanitation between 2001 and 2020 after a mandate as a community representative, as a member of the office between 1997 and 2001. We retain from the exercise of his mandates, his commitment to the creation many sanitation works such as the installation of wastewater collection networks, the lagoons of Montsinéry, Macouria and Roura or the Leblond and Lacroix treatment stations, more recently.

Drinking water and sanitation are the historic competences of inter-municipal authorities, competences on which the two men have particularly worked.
