Deux projets de construction hospitaliers présentés aux institutionnels et élus du territoire

A l’occasion du dépôt de permis de construire effectué en janvier 2022, Guyane Santé – qui regroupe les hôpitaux privés Saint Paul, Saint Adrien, Saint Gabriel et HAD Santé - présentera mercredi 9 mars à 16h, sur le site de l’hôpital privé Saint Paul ses deux projets architecturaux : le médipôle de Saint Paul à Cayenne et le médipôle de l’Ouest guyanais à Saint Laurent du Maroni.

Ces deux projets de construction particulièrement innovants, révélés pour la première fois au salon Santexpo de Paris en novembre dernier, seront présentés par la direction du groupe, en présence des architectes.

La spécificité du milieu tropical, ainsi que le contexte de crise sanitaire ont amené les parties prenantes à travailler sur un projet innovant au cœur des enjeux de demain. Ouverts, inclusifs, évolutifs, durables, sobres, performants et surtout dorénavant armés face aux crises épidémiques, les nouveaux établissements de Guyane Santé promettent un cadre apaisé au parcours de soins du patient et un lieu d’exercice exemplaire aux professionnels de santé.

On the occasion of the building permit submission made in January 2022, Guyane Santé – which brings together the private hospitals Saint Paul, Saint Adrien, Saint Gabriel and HAD Santé – will present on Wednesday March 9 at 4 p.m., on the site of the private hospital Saint Paul its two architectural projects: the medipole of Saint Paul in Cayenne and the medipole of western French Guiana in Saint Laurent du Maroni.

These two particularly innovative construction projects, revealed for the first time at the Santexpo fair in Paris last November, will be presented by the group's management, in the presence of the architects.

The specificity of the tropical environment, as well as the context of the health crisis, led the stakeholders to work on an innovative project at the heart of the challenges of tomorrow. Open, inclusive, scalable, sustainable, sober, efficient and above all now armed in the face of epidemic crises, the new establishments of Guyane Santé promise a peaceful environment for the patient's care pathway and an exemplary place of practice for healthcare professionals.
