Concertation relative à la modification n°2 du Schéma d’Aménagement Régional

La Collectivité Territoriale de Guyane informe la population de l’ouverture d’une concertation préalable du public relative à la modification n°2 du Schéma d’Aménagement Régional (SAR), en vue de permettre la réalisation d’une installation de stockage de déchets non dangereux (ISDND) à Macouria.

Objet de la concertation préalable :
Par délibération en date du 27 avril 2022, la Collectivité Territoriale de Guyane (CTG) a pris l’initiative d’organiser une concertation préalable sur le projet de modification n°2 du Schéma d’Aménagement Régional (SAR) en vue de permettre la réalisation d’une ISDND sur la commune de Macouria.

La concertation préalable a pour objectif d’associer et d’informer le public à l’élaboration du projet de modification n°2 du SAR, en recueillant les observations et les propositions qu’il peut susciter.

Durée de la concertation préalable :
La concertation préalable du public sur le projet de modification n°2 du SAR sera ouverte du mercredi 25 mai 2022 au vendredi 1er juillet 2022 inclus.

Moyens d’information et de participation du public :
Une réunion publique se tiendra le mercredi 22 juin 2022, de 16h à 18h30, au Théâtre de Macouria (avenue Justin Catayée).

Un dossier et un registre seront mis à disposition du public pour recueillir les observations et les propositions de la population à l’l’Hôtel de la Collectivité Territoriale de Guyane et à la Mairie de Macouria (aux horaires habituels d’ouverture du public) pendant toute la durée de la concertation préalable. Ce dossier sera également disponible sur le site internet de la CTG pendant toute la durée de la concertation préalable : https://www.ctguyane.fr/

Les observations et propositions pourront également être adressées auprès de la Direction Aménagement de la CTG par :

Bilan de la concertation :
A l’issue de la concertation préalable, les garants désignés par la commission nationale du débat public disposeront d’un délai d’un mois pour en dresser le bilan qui sera ensuite rendu public par la Collectivité Territoriale de Guyane.

The Territorial Collectivity of French Guiana informs the population of the opening of a prior public consultation relating to modification n°2 of the Regional Development Plan (SAR), with a view to allowing the construction of a waste storage facility non-hazardous (ISDND) in Macouria.

Purpose of the prior consultation:
By deliberation dated April 27, 2022, the Territorial Collectivity of French Guiana (CTG) took the initiative to organize a prior consultation on the draft modification n ° 2 of the Regional Development Plan (SAR) in order to allow the realization of an ISDND in the commune of Macouria.

The purpose of the prior consultation is to involve and inform the public in the development of draft amendment no. 2 of the SAR, by collecting the observations and proposals that it may generate.

Duration of the prior consultation:
The prior consultation of the public on the draft modification n°2 of the SAR will be open from Wednesday May 25, 2022 to Friday July 1, 2022 inclusive.

Means of public information and participation:
A public meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., at the Macouria theater (avenue Justin Catayée).

A file and a register will be made available to the public to collect the observations and proposals of the population at the Hotel of the Territorial Community of French Guiana and at the Town Hall of Macouria (during the usual opening hours of the public) throughout the duration of the prior consultation. This file will also be available on the CTG website for the duration of the prior consultation: https://www.ctguyane.fr/

Summary of the consultation:
At the end of the preliminary consultation, the guarantors appointed by the national commission for public debate will have a period of one month to draw up a report which will then be made public by the Territorial Collectivity of French Guiana.
