Campagne dématérialisée : Mise à disposition des équipements sportifs territoriaux 2022

La Collectivité territoriale de Guyane informe l’ensemble des associations et clubs sportifs de Guyane du lancement de la campagne dématérialisée de mise à disposition de ses installations sportives (gymnases, terrains, stades ...) du mercredi 1er juin au jeudi 30 juin 2022.

Afin de réduire les inégalités à l’accès au sport qui existent encore sur le territoire, la Collectivité Territoriale de Guyane met chaque année à disposition plus d’une trentaine d’installations sportives territoriales, sur les 4 bassins du territoire, à destination des associations. (CACL, CCDS, CCEG, CCOG).

Les associations et clubs sportifs de Guyane contribuant au développement des pratiques physiques et sportives, ainsi qu’à l’animation des territoires, la Collectivité leur accorde de façon annuelle ou ponctuelle des heures d’utilisation.

Aussi, afin d’optimiser le traitement des demandes mais également la gestion des équipements sportifs, les associations sportives sont invitées à se rendre sur le site de la CTG pour effectuer leurs demandes à l’adresse : www.ctguyane.fr/campagne-installations-sportives.

Objectifs de la campagne :
▪ Favoriser le mieux-vivre-ensemble sur tout le territoire
▪ Maintenir la pratique sportive de façon égalitaire sur tout le territoire
▪ Encourager les rencontres sportives
▪ Favoriser l’émergence de champions
▪ Valoriser les différents bassins de Guyane

La campagne se déroule en deux étapes :
▪ L’inscription via l’application « Ubisport » accessible sur le site de la CTG
▪ La transmission des pièces justificatives aux adresses mails qui seront indiquées lors de la démarche en ligne.

Un tutoriel dédié à accompagner au mieux les demandeurs lors de leur demande en ligne est proposé en ligne www.ctguyane.fr/campagne-installations-sportives.

Pour information :
Afin que l’ensemble des utilisateurs contribuent à l'entretien et à l'amélioration des installations territoriales, la CTG met fin à la mise à disposition à titre gracieux à compter de septembre 2022. Les modalités relatives à cette nouvelle mesure seront communiquées ultérieurement.

Quelques chiffres clés :
▪ Plus de 150 associations bénéficiaires
▪ Plus de 50 personnes (agents de la collectivité et agents PEC) œuvrant pour l’accueil des associations et le bon fonctionnement des installations
▪ un coût d’entretien global de 775 000 € : maintenance et remplacement d’équipements (350 000 €), réfection des sols (395
000 €), sécurisation et contrôle des équipements (30 000 €)

The Territorial Collectivity of French Guiana informs all sports associations and clubs in French Guiana of the launch of the dematerialized campaign to make its sports facilities available (gymnasiums, grounds, stadiums, etc.) from Wednesday June 1 to Thursday June 30, 2022.

In order to reduce the inequalities in access to sport that still exist in the territory, the Territorial Collectivity of French Guiana makes more than thirty territorial sports facilities available each year, in the 4 basins of the territory, for associations . (CACL, CCDS, CCEG, CCOG).

The associations and sports clubs of French Guiana contributing to the development of physical and sports practices, as well as to the animation of the territories, the Collectivity grants them annual or occasional hours of use.

Also, in order to optimize the processing of requests but also the management of sports equipment, sports associations are invited to go to the CTG website to make their requests at the address: www.ctguyane.fr/campagne-installations-sportives.

Campaign goals:
▪ Promote better-living-together throughout the territory
▪ Maintain the practice of sport in an egalitarian manner throughout the territory
▪ Encourage sports meetings
▪ Promote the emergence of champions
▪ Promote the different basins of Guyana

The campaign takes place in two stages:
▪ Registration via the "Ubisport" application accessible on the CTG website
▪ The transmission of supporting documents to the email addresses that will be indicated during the online process.

For information :
In order for all users to contribute to the maintenance and improvement of territorial facilities, the CTG is ending the provision free of charge from September 2022. The terms and conditions relating to this new measure will be communicated at a later date.
