Déploiement du Réseau Territorial des Structures d’Information Jeunesse de Guyane

La Collectivité Territoriale de Guyane (CTG) et l’Etat lancent un Appel à Manifestation d’Intérêt (AMI) pour le déploiement du réseau territorial des Structures d’Information Jeunesse du 5 juillet au 11 septembre 2022.

Composante fondamentale de l’autonomie et de l’accès aux droits, la qualité de l’information délivrée aux jeunes doit être garantie et délivrée sans aucune discrimination. L’Information Jeunesse est une mission de service public, définie et garantie par l’Etat. L’article 54 de la loi « Égalité et Citoyenneté » apporte une reconnaissance législative à l’Information Jeunesse.

Aussi, la CTG et l’Etat par le biais de sa Direction Culture, Jeunesse et Sports (DCJS) soutiennent le déploiement des structures d’Information Jeunesse conformément aux dispositions de la Charte nationale de l’information jeunesse et de la charte européenne de l’information jeunesse.

Objectif
L’AMI a pour but de retenir et accompagner vers la labellisation les structures associatives candidates qui souhaitent délivrer aux jeunes les services dévolus à des Structures d’Information Jeunesse (SIJ) reconnues et soutenues par l’Etat et la CTG.

Les moyens dévolus par la CTG et l’Etat aux structures retenues

• Moyens financiers :
- Fonctionnement 6 500€ par an et pendant 3 ans
- Investissement 6 250 € sur demande mobilisable 1 fois sur la période de 3 ans
- Emploi financé pendant 3 ans

• Formation initiale des conseillers d’information jeunesse
• Accès aux outils de l’IJ
• Expertise, soutien technique et animation de réseau de SIJ
• Accompagnement à la labellisation IJ

L’AMI permettra de retenir huit candidatures en 2022.

• Financial resources :
- Operation €6,500 per year and for 3 years
- Investment €6,250 on request, which can be mobilized once over the 3-year period
- Financed job for 3 years

• Initial training of youth information advisers
• Access to YI tools
• Expertise, technical support and SIJ network animation
• Support for IJ labeling

The AMI will make it possible to retain eight applications in 2022.
