Plus de 100 acteurs locaux se mobilisent pour un séminaire sur la formation médicale.

Dans le cadre des travaux d’élaboration du nouveau Schéma Territorial des Formations Sanitaires et Sociales et dans la continuité de ceux menés dans le cadre du futur CHRU de Guyane était organisé le mercredi 28 février et le jeudi 29 février 2024, un séminaire sur le développement de l’offre de formation sanitaire, médico-sociale et médico-technique coorganisé par l’ARS et la Collectivité territoriale de Guyane (CTG)

Quels enjeux ?

Préparer le futur Schéma territorial des formations sanitaires et sociales (SFSS),
Répondre aux besoins en compétences du futur CHRU

Il s’agissait dans le cadre de ce format d’échange :

d’analyser l’atteinte des objectifs initialement fixés dans le STFSS ;
d’identifier les freins rencontrés par les acteurs de la formation et les apprenants ;
de réévaluer les besoins et d’adapter l’offre de formation du territoire à l’aune du futur CHRU de Guyane ;
de définir une stratégie commune s’appuyant sur les leviers identifiés par les participants du séminaire

Les engagements conjoints CTG/ARS : prochaines échéances

Le déploiement d’une stratégie territoriale de communication, dès la rentrée scolaire 2024, portée conjointement par les deux entités. Il s’agira de promouvoir et de valoriser la formation pour les métiers relevant des sphères sanitaires et sociales (en lien avec l’éducation nationale, France travail, l’Université de Guyane) ;
L’organisation de groupes de travail thématiques dédiés à la mise en œuvre opérationnelle des conclusions du séminaire:
- Accompagnement individualisé et global à la réussite des apprenants ;
- Gestion territoriale des terrains de stage ;
- Appui à la création ou au renforcement des filières prioritaires

La CTG et l’ARS remercient la centaine de participants mobilisés autour de ce sujet majeur pour le territoire.
Les deux institutions rappellent leur détermination, dans le cadre d’une gouvernance partagée, à assurer la mise en œuvre opérationnelle de ces engagements en lien avec les acteurs.

This was in the context of this exchange format:

analyze the achievement of the objectives initially set in the STFSS;
identify the obstacles encountered by training stakeholders and learners;
reassess the needs and adapt the territory's training offer in the light of the future CHRU of Guyana;
define a common strategy based on the levers identified by the seminar participants

Joint CTG/ARS commitments: upcoming deadlines

The deployment of a territorial communication strategy, from the start of the 2024 school year, carried out jointly by the two entities. This will involve promoting and promoting training for professions in the health and social spheres (linked to national education, France travail, the University of Guyana);
The organization of thematic working groups dedicated to the operational implementation of the conclusions of the seminar:
- Individualized and global support for learner success;
- Territorial management of internship sites;
- Support for the creation or strengthening of priority sectors

The CTG and the ARS thank the hundred participants mobilized around this major subject for the territory.
The two institutions reiterate their determination, within the framework of shared governance, to ensure the operational implementation of these commitments in conjunction with the stakeholders.
