L'entrainement CARIACOU est prévu le 07 mars 2020

Non membres : 10€
Devenez membre : 20€ pour une année
Retour pirogue : 10€ ( Départ de la pirogue dès qu’elle est pleine :20 personnes)
Nota : Pensez à prendre une touque pour le change, ciré, casquette, crème solaire !

11Km CARIACOU :
- RDV à 09h00 à PK21: marquage des participants
- Traversée du fleuve en pirogue CARIACOU à 09h30
- Départ de l'entraînement à 10h00 du carbet SDS

Parcours : (600m dénivelé + et -)
-       500 premiers mètres inondés
-       Entre le Km2 et le Km3 : bas fond plein de racines.
-       Km5 : Début du dénivelé : 10 sommets à passer entre 70 et 90m d’altitude.

A l'arrivée :
- 36 litres de grenadine fraiche, oranges et pastèques seront à votre disposition !
- Crique Balata sur le site pour se rafraichir !

CARIACOU Proposition 1
Cariacou met en place un buffet le samedi midi à 15€/ pers:
-planteur -salade de couac -viande grillé -désert.

Rapatriement milieu d'après-midi ou plus tard.

CARIACOU Proposition 2
141€ séjour TAMANDUA en pension complète (repas, activités et couchage fournis) retour dimanche à 17h30.

11Km CARIACOU:
- Meeting at 9:00 a.m. at PK21: marking of participants
- Crossing the river by CARIACOU pirogue at 9:30 am
- Start of training at 10:00 am from the SDS carbet

Course: (600m elevation + and -)
- first 500 meters flooded
- Between Km2 and Km3: bottom bottom full of roots.
- Km5: Beginning of the elevation: 10 peaks to pass between 70 and 90m altitude.

At the arrival :
- 36 liters of fresh grenadine, oranges and watermelons will be at your disposal!
- Balata Creek on the site to refresh!

CARIACOU Proposition 1
Cariacou sets up a buffet on Saturday noon at € 15 / person:
- planter - couac salad - grilled meat - desert.

Repatriation mid-afternoon or later.

CARIACOU Proposition 2
€ 141 TAMANDUA stay with full board (meals, activities and bedding provided) return Sunday at 5.30pm.
