Habitat et patrimoine bâti : nouvelle aide de la CTG

En Guyane le logement apparaît après l'emploi, comme un enjeu capital de la lutte contre l'exclusion et les inégalités qui touchent une frange importante de la population du territoire.

La Collectivité Territoriale de Guyane intervient dans le domaine de l’habitat :
• par l'octroi de garantie financière à des opérateurs immobiliers sociaux,
• le financement du Fonds de Solidarité Logement (FSL) et du Fonds Régional d’Aménagement Foncier et Urbain (FRAFU).

Par ailleurs, la CTG participe au Plan Départemental d’Actions pour le Logement et l’Hébergement des Personnes Défavorisées (P.D.A.L.H.P.D) – document de définition et d’harmonisation des initiatives pour le logement et l’hébergement des familles en situation précaire.

Ainsi, la CTG lance une nouvelle campagne d’aides à l’habitat et au patrimoine bâti afin de poursuivre les efforts entrepris pour l’ensemble de la population, et notamment à destination des populations à faibles ressources et des personnes âgées, qui rencontrent des difficultés à financer la réhabilitation et l'amélioration de leur logement ou leur projet d’accession à la propriété.
